Q: Do I need a case to use the Action Sports Anchor with my mobile phone?
A: Yes – the Action Sports Anchor’s Universal Attachment Lanyard is designed to attach to most phone cases.
Q: Will the Action Sports Anchor work on my mobile phone case?
A: The Action Sports Anchor’s Universal Attachment Lanyard is designed to work with almost any phone case that has some sort of a port or hole that the lanyard can be looped through (speaker, charger, camera, volume adjustment switch port). Some sealed, water resistant cases (like Lifeproof) that have no exposed ports or holes are more difficult and may not be suitable to use with the Action Sports Anchor (without modification to the phone case).
Q: Can I use the Action Sports Anchor with my sports camera?
A: Yes – the Action Sports Anchor’s Universal Attachment Lanyard can be attached to most sports camera cases or mounts. Just loop the Universal Attachment Lanyard through a hinge on the camera case or any other secure mounting point – then attach the Action Sports Anchor to the lanyard and the other end to any secure mounting point on your helmet, backpack or clothing.
Q: The Action Sports Anchor is an Australian made product. Can it be shipped to North America? Worldwide?
A: Yes! We ship all North American and Worldwide Action Sports Anchor orders from our Dallas, Texas based fulfilment center. Flat rate shipping & handling for up to 5 units is just $5.00. Flat rate shipping & handling for multiple unit orders (6-10 units) is just $10.00.
For orders outside of the USA and Canada, please allow up to 14 days delivery.
Q: What payment options are available?
A: We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal.
Q: How will my order be delivered to me?
A: Orders are shipped US Postal Service - First Class Mail.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: The majority of orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping via US Postal Service - First Class Mail anywhere in North America usually takes no more than 5 days. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact email@example.com
Q: Do I have to be home when my order is delivered?
A: No – the compact size of the Action Sports Anchor means that will fit in your mailbox or PO Box.
Q: The address on my order is incorrect – how do I update it?
A: We can update orders that have not yet been dispatched. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if you need to change your order details.
Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been dispatched for delivery. Please contact email@example.com immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
Q: Can I pay by Check or Money Order?
A: At this time we are unable to accept payment via check or money orders.
Q: What happens if I’m not happy with my purchase?
A: The Action Sports Anchor is backed by a 30-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied within that 30-day period you can return it and receive a full refund of the purchase price (less postage and handling).
To return your product, please contact our Customer Service Team on firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. You’ll be given an address for you to mail your Action Sports Anchor to. The Action Sports Anchor must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition. Goods that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.
After you’ve returned your product, please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be issued. If the item did not comply with our return policy, you will be contacted.

Q: When does the 30-day money back guarantee start?
A: Your 30-day money back guarantee starts from the day you receive your Action Sports Anchor. There is no need to advise us of your delivery as we estimate the delivery time based on your delivery location.
Q: Is the Action Sports Anchor protected by a warranty?
A: The Action Sports Anchor is built to last and is protected by a 12-month replacement warranty. This warranty protects the purchaser against manufacturing defects or product failures.
To return your product for warranty replacement, please contact our Customer Service Team on firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Replacement Authorisation Number. You’ll be given an address for you to mail your faulty Action Sports Anchor to. The Action Sports Anchor must be returned with all parts (including the faulty parts if possible and the Universal Attachment Lanyard) along with a copy of your original order receipt. Goods that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for warranty replacement.
